Brand and communications leader driving institutional identity and organizational development across the Daffodil Group. I lead cross-functional teams that shape how our educational ventures look, sound, and grow pairing marketing craft with a people-first approach to talent and culture.
Samiha Khan is a brand and communications leader whose work centers on institutional leadership and organizational development. As Director of Branding and Communication at the Daffodil Group, she leads cross-functional initiatives that shape institutional identity, strengthen internal culture, and elevate public presence.
Samiha began her career in London researching for Citizens UK, ambassadoring for Middlesex University, and interning with Hachette Book Group before returning to Dhaka to build her career with the Daffodil family. Alongside her communications leadership she teaches as a Senior Scale Lecturer at Daffodil International University and serves on its Board of Trustees, and she coordinated the Youth Policy Forum. In addition to overseeing strategic communications, she works closely with HR operations to align talent management with organizational goals.

Supported the #codeforinclusion project at UCL, directing marketing to grow awareness and participation for the initiative in London.
Collected qualitative and quantitative data on the rise of hate crime following Brexit and presented the resulting report to Deputy Mayor Sophie Linden.
Consulted with grassroots entrepreneurs to scale their operations, researched micro-credit for small businesses, and drafted a plan to launch a social business in Dhaka.
